This morning was our first day serving the local school. It has been over two years since SMA has been at this particular school. The teachers here were on strike last year.
The chairs and desks you see in the Kindergarten room were purchased with the help of the students' fundraising and spirit week. Thank you!
This is the first year the school has a Kindergarten, and this is actually the first week of school. They have a class of students with ages ranging from 3-5 years old (1 teacher with 28 students). Three-year olds attend because their parents work during the day.
